All my medial files in all libraries get the same playback error saying to make sure disk is mounted. This disk mounted and I can play the files from the NAS from the computer Plex is running but can not play them back within Plex. Seems to have happened after my last update to v 1.4.4.3495 Is anyone else having this issue and figured out a way to fix it?
I just installed the v 1.5 update which do not fix the issue. I confirmed permissions on the NAS are good. I can browse the folders on the NAS from Plex in the Add Folder section. I still get a playback error. Stumped on this one…
After hours of trying to resolve this I finally deleted each library and then re-added each one and it worked. Something must have broken the link’s to the source files…strange. I ran the analyze option several times and that did not work either. I hope this post helps others if you run into the same issue.
