Hi there, i have really weird 4k playback issues on the windows desktop app!
some 4k videos are really choppy! ( they come up as 1-5fps ) while other 4k media with the same file type runs just fine!
i’ve tried to play back the media via my browser in 4k, and it plays back just fine.
this was never a issue for me until the latest version of the program! and i was wondering if there’s any way i can downgrade?`do you guys keep older versions available for download? ( Plex media player for windows )
my friend has the same weird playback issues on certain shows too.
if my friend swaps over to the browser, the media plays back just fine for him too! ( 4k )
