This a known bug, MS and Plex devs know about it but choose not to fix it. This issue ahs been going on for 2 years now, every blue moon it gets fixed and then quickly broken again in either a plex or Xbox update.
This issue will never be resolved

Every so often you get a version that is OK but then it just dies in the ass…
