Server Version#: 1.19.3.2843
Player Version#: 8.0.2.17816 (23329cc1)
Since the last two server updates i keep getting buffering issues with the playback video.
This is the same on Android app and iOS apps.
The playback is always DirectPlay ( videos bitrate below 5 Mbps ) but from the Plex Dash app i can see that the bandwidth doesn’t go over 2Mbps.
I don’t have any limitation on bandwidth and it was working perfectly fine before those updates and i have/had the setting to maximum on remote streaming both on server and apps.
I already try a couple of different settings (enabling transcoding, disable transcoding, disabling IPv6, disabling disabling relay) , and always the same result.
Just to also point out, i have the same issue with both a mkv (3Mbps bitrate )file and avi (1,5 Mbps bitrate ) files, in case this makes any difference.
Let me know if this logs are ok and you need anything else.
Thanks,

Western Digital MyCloud?
If so,
you’ve mislabeled it and are in the Synology section
However, I see some odd behavior
Your logs are showing as a PUBLIC IP?
Shouldn’t your TV and WD be on the same LAN network?
you are right. sorry. i think i label it correctly now. please correct if it’s still wrong.
no. i am accessing the server from a remote location.
Is there a problem with that? On the remote access i have green " Fully accessible outside your network"
Still don’t get why the server is cutting the bandwidth below the supposed requested from remote. Always like that depending if the video is SD, 720p 1080p.
