I’m getting a playback limit when trying to stream media from another device. I have paid $4.99 for all apps across all devices and am also a plex plus member with these users added to my account. What gives? I have spent a lot of time and money getting this up and running.
Please explain more. What do you mean by “playback limit” ?
Also please provide your log files (all in a tar or zip file is fine)
Something that might be helpful is that if he purchased the Plex Pass after installing the apps, he may need to log out of the apps, then back in again for the account to verify properly.
Especially if he’s using the Windows or Android apps. I had a similar issue, but logging out and back in again fixed it for me.
May also need to wipe the cache on the Android app.

There is no such thing. If you are buying the in-app activation, that is per store. App activation is not transferrable to other stores or to other accounts.

Users do not inherit your Plex Pass privilege to unlock the mobile apps unless you set up Plex Home and make these users part of that home.
