Playback of live tv recording issues

Hi,
When I’m playing Live TV replays (recorded with HDHomerun) on the web client (via chrome) or the LG TV Plex client it keeps failing. The video doesn’t play or freeze when forwarding. However, it isn’t an issue on IOS devices.

What should I do? Thanks.
