Is anyone else having movies/tv shows not playing on the plex app. This has been going on for a while.
Any help would help
This happens on my phone and roku devices. I have tried multiple movies/tv shows. Those movies/the shows do play on a external program like windows media player just fine. So i know the file is working. My PMS is installed on my home server running windows server 2016. Plex app version on my phone is 6.12.0.3239.
I click on a movie and it will just saying loading and eventually it will say" lost connection to server switching to local device." Something like that
I will get the logs later, Im not quite sure how to do that but i will figure that out

I think its a failing hard drive. I just noticed a couple days ago i wasn’t able to access it. I will keep you post once i get that figured out
