I’ve recently uploaded all of my home videos (.MOV, .avi and some .mp4 files). Many of the older videos will give me an error that says “Playback has stopped because the connection to the Plex Media Server has been lost. Please ensure the server is available and retry”. This error occurs on my samsung TV and also my android galaxy phone via the Plex app. When I play the same video on my desktop, it will play just fine and the desktop computer is connecting via wifi, same as the TV and phone. Not quite sure what to do in this case. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!
