Player can't connect to server after IP change

Player Version#: 9.2.0.32520 (841478272) on Fire TV Stick (3rd Gen) with Fire OS 7.2.7.9 (PS7279/2766)

I host a Plex server on a residential connection that gets a new IP every 24h. The Fire Stick is ON all the time. When IP changes, Plex Player loses connection and keeps trying to connect to the old IP. The only solution is to restart the Stick. After restart, Plex connects to the new IP.

In the provided logs, Player keeps trying to connect to 109.60.35.6, but the correct IP is 94.253.146.217. Only after complete restart does it figure out the new IP to connect to, as seen around the 14:25:31 timestamp.
