anyone know what the hell I get this on several of Samsung TVs that I have? .. 3 televisions I have in a house on 1 looks perfectly and the remaining 2 I get the happy message when trying to play any movie, use clound sync, google drive storage and I plex pass, that in me and leave the other 2 not? They are updated to the last firm from home, and one is from last Llas that Samsung released the model 4k, see if someone enlightens me.

hd movies folder, which is used for dlna, gives me the error when using cloud sync with all the movies, which is what really fails? I should do so not to leave that mistake? thank you very much for your help.

@ChuckPa yes, all the movies use cloud sync, from my TV Samsung can and plex can access the server in the cloud, the problem comes when I give the play in any film, I get that message"player could not render this content media might be corrupt or the mediatype is not supported", use cloud google drive and my TV model is samsung UE40f6200AW
I would like you to create a new folder.
Copy this movie to the new folder.
Create a new Library and use only that new folder.
Once Plex is ready, Attempt to perform Cloud Sync of that movie. Also attempt to play the movie.
When done, please attach all the log files here for me to look at again

This is a problem with PMS getting out to the internet. It can’t even see Plex.tv (DNS failure).
