Apologies if this topic has been covered and I can’t find it.
I’m wanting to listen to a particular genre in Plex music either from a Windows machine or my Smart TV and Plex plays music from a different genre. I’ve checked the genres in my music folder and they check out fine. Is there perhaps something I’m missing or is it a known issue?

Bump. I’m hesitant about using Plex until I get an answer on this same issue. Can I listen to Plex music by genre? If not can I import music playlists (sorted by genre) into Plex and play those playlists?
