I recently ran into an issue, now that I am moving away from iTunes I have imported everything into Plex including my playlist. I started sync’ing everything back to my iPhone and no longer use the built in Music app or even sync with iTunes.
I am working on doing the same thing for my wife as she has a Plex account too, we both have a Plex Pass as well. For some reason on her account I can’t create Playlist on the PMS. There isn’t an option either to import from iTunes like there is on my account. The only way I can create a playlist is buy going to the media, then select add to Playlist.
is there a reason the UI for other home users can’t create an manage playlist? I want to import my wifes iTunes Music playlist, manually recreating would be a nightmare.
Any advice?
Also is there away to export you Plex Playlist or back them up?
