Playlists not advancing since update 8.12.4.22902 on Fire TV edition

Just got the update that allows me to delete items within a playlist in the Fire TV app again. But now the old problem of playlists randomly not continuing to the next item in the list has returned. Seems to happen consistently about two episodes deep and then refuses to advance without manual intervention from that point forward. I deleted a playlist and remade it. I casted from another device. I restarted the TV. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I restarted the server and the issue still remains. Playlists are working as they should on iOS devices. This all used to work fine before the layout synchronizing awhile back. I use Plex playlists as background noise for sleep. This is going to drive me nuts…again.

So I uninstalled Plex 8.12 from my Tv and sideloaded back to version 8.11.0.22186 and no longer have this issue. I can’t delete items out of the playlist anymore but I’d rather have a playlist that properly progresses.
