Currently, on PMS, the Plex icon in the Synology main menu redirects to http://ip-address:32400/web.

For those of us with http service disabled on our Synology NAS for security reasons, we see an error page.

Also, https://ip-address:32400/web generates a certificate error.

I recommend changing the icon to invoke the URL “https://app.plex.tv/desktop” (i.e. where http://plex.tv/web resolves). This would then send the user to a secured, login page. This eliminates the http–>https issues, the certificate issues, and works across multi-PMS installs.
