Please help connect tv on local network with PC hosted PMS. It says Server Unavailable

The most pertinent information i could provide is listed below. I don’t think I have a server log because I had to repair my server since I incorrectly deleted my server as an authorized device (it is now installed and active)

So am I setting the IP and port of my computer ( where the server is hosted) on the Plex settings on the television?
I am not sure if my LG is a DNLA device otherwise that would be an option.
To be clear I would like to connect on my local network and not through the internet.

Server Version#: 1.15.8.1198-eadcbb45
Player Version#: Plex for LG 3.98.0 on WebOS 4.1.0

Network Tab: Secure Connections = Disabled
Local Net. Discovery (GDM) = Enabled
Custom Server Access URLs = NULL
"IP addresses allowed with out auth. = NULL
Server support for IPv6 = Enabled
Preferred Net. Int. = Any
DLNA Tab: DLNA Server = Disabled

Authorized Devices Tab: LG 43UK6090PUA v.3.98.0 shows as active
OASIS (my server) v. 1.15.8.1198-eadbcbb45 shows as active

I’m experiencing similar issues and also posted on the forum: Media Server Status - This server is offline or unreachable

Did you by any chance install Windows updates ? And what version of Windows are you running ?

You should not need to if signed into your server and the app but you can the IP of your server computer to help it find it. Since local leave the port at 32400

Since you have secure connections disabled on server. In the app on your TV go to Settings and under the MAIN category; Change “Allow Fall back to insecure connections” to “On the same network as server”
