I’ve been using Plex since 2014 and never had a single problem with it, ever (apart from the small things that were pretty easy to fix). Then, suddenly, two days ago (11/14/18) the media server keeps crashing every few minutes and needs to be restarted.
The LONGEST I can get it to stay up is about 10 minutes. Everything seems to work, for the most part, while it’s up - I can browse the libraries and stream content. But occasionally, things will refuse to load or I’ll get a “library not available.”
The only thing that doesn’t work - at all - seems to be the Live TV & DVR. (I’m using an HDHomeRun tuner).
All I can figure is that maybe the tuner feature of PMS is causing the crashes? A few days before the crashes started, I noticed the program guide wasn’t updating properly (e.g. showing things that were scheduled to air two weeks from then, but not the next day). I didn’t think much of it, at the time. Just figured it’d refresh. I’ve unplugged the tuner and even tried to remove it from the web manager, but it refuses to delete.
Anyone have any ideas? I’m pretty desperate, here, and don’t know who to ask or turn to…
I’ve uploaded my logs for reference. Plex Media Server Logs_2018-11-16_10-47-57.zip (2.6 MB)
