@ChuckPa I have apps running that are only from the packager center
no sudden power loss that is apparent, up-time looks good
My issues appeared to be a rogue UPNP event that was occurring rapidly from my ubiquiti cloud key v0.11, since upgrading it to v0.12 (and rebooting a logitech harmony hub) there is less noise in my Plex Media Server logs regarding UPNP.
I also downgraded to PlexMediaServer-1.13.4.5271
