PLEX 1.13.8.5395 - PLEXDVR stopped working, also still trying to contact a ghost HDHR device

I am currently running
PLEX Version 1.13.8.5395 on a
Synology DS1817+ running DSM 6.2-23739 Update 2.

I recently replaced HDHomeRun Quattro (was at IP 192.168.1.156) with a HDHomeRun Extend (now sitting at IP 192.168.1.117) and I can watch live tv through PLEX without an issue, but when I try to record I keep seeing the following messages below in “Plex Media Server.log” where PLEX is still trying to connect to the old HDHR box. The old DVR was removed before the 192.168.1.156 was disconnected from my network, if that matters.

I have already tried deleting the new DVR in the settings, shutting down PLEX, restarting, and adding the new DVR box again, the HDHomeRun Extend (now sitting at IP 192.168.1.117)… and I am still seeing the message in the logs that PLEX is still trying to conect the “ghost device”, and recordings say that they are running looking in status, I see files being added to my transcoder temp directory while it says it is recording a show, but then, when the show ends… the shows does not ever show up in the library the DVR is recording to … Please help!

Full Logs attached, after shutting down PLEX, clearing all previous logs, and starting PLEX back up and trying to record a show via the DVR.

Plex Media (37.5 KB)

I am having continuous issues with Plex not tuning channels.

I also notice that Plex is trying to contact DVRs that have been deleted.

I would love to know how to get rid of these.

I had Telly installed at one time, which uses port 6077.

I wonder if I can use SQLite to manually remove these.

Same issue here and also wondering whether some manual removal of record in SQLite would help. But before trying perhaps someone knows which records to delete.
Otherwise I’ll might setup a test plex server and try it there.

I had to manually remove two ghost entries I had from old HDhomerun devices

Great Thanks. Also found it this afternoon on my test system. Removed the entries and reconfigured the new DVR and seems to be working ok.
