Plex Media Server not installing properly

Server Version#: 1.41.0.8894
Player Version#: Version 4.136.1
<If providing server logs please do NOT turn on verbose logging, only debug logging should be enabled>

I have reinstalled many times and I cannot add media to my server. Each time I attempt to add a library it tells me to install Plex Media Server. I have uninstalled and reinstalled many times.

What can I do to get my server to work again? I have had it running for many years on my old computer but it won’t work on my new computer for some reason.

What does http://[Local Plex Media Server IP Address]:32400/identity show?

MediaContainer size=“0” apiVersion=“0.1.0” claimed=“1” machineIdentifier=“e36737a8335a9539a8c4b6994ae013c8c40a3b27” version=“1.41.0.8994-f2c27da23” data-google-analytics-opt-out=“”> </MediaContainer

Now try to visit http://[Local Plex Media Server IP Address]:32400/web

That’s where I normally go to access the server… I get this when I try to add media in the Your Media section:

Add your media to Plex

Organize, beautify, stream, and share your personal collection of movies, TV, music, and photos anywhere, on all your devices. To get started, download our free Plex Media Server software on the device where you store your media.

Its acting as if the server is claimed by a different account, Id start with: You need to reclaim your server, but don't dare to touch the Windows Registry
