Plex account hacked cannot access admin account

I received an email yesterday that

A new device was used to sign in to your Plex account:

  • Account: xxxx
  • Device: Plex for Android (Mobile)
  • Location: Unknown, United States (estimated)
  • IP address: IP removed by mod

now the password has changed and i cannot get a password reset email to the email associated to that account. my secondary child account is ok but i lost access to the admin account and my plex pass.
