Plex and Plexamp doesn't show lyric that I add manually

Plex and Plexamp doesn’t show lyric that I add manually when I use Plex Media Server 1.40.5.8796.
I try many things like refresh metadata, move album, empty trash and add the album again but nothing works.
The only thing that works for me is to downgrade Plex Media Server for Windows to version 1.40.4.8679 and now all the lyrics I add manually are showing in Plex and Plexamp. Plex Media Server 1.40.5.8761 and 1.40.5.8796 doesn’t show the lyrics.

Server Version#: 1.40.5.8796 for Windows 64
Player Version#: Plexamp v4.11.1 iPhone
