Plex and webOS error 337

For those having this issue continued on LG smartTVs. Had this happening on 3 different LG tvs with no luck on any solutions (tried recommendations above and several others regarding network connections). Continued 337 errors on all lg tvs wired or wireless.
Solution: On the server, found that disabling all of plexs new content that I never use and took me away from my standard server was the culprit. Goto server settings => online media sources and switched all settings to disabled. All my TVs work like magic now. Had to pin the movies and music and tv shows present on my plex server on each TV… My guess is that it tries to pull and refresh the online content before it has a good connection or something… problem with the webos app and probably missed in development. Sometimes when we make things to complicated we lose site of the simple things.
Plex server Version 1.19.5.3112
WebOS client version 5.1.1 platform version 4.1.0

Very interesting find, maybe this is why I have never suffered this 337 error. Congrats on the connection, this may help a lot of subscribers. Is this related to load times?

@markus101

Glad that worked for you…its clearly not the root cause of the bug because I already had that content disabled and still got the 337 error. That said, just yesterday without changing anything, my LG plex app worked flawlessly for 2 hours when I haven’t been able to even get to the plex home screen for over 2 months…hopefully it will stay that way…I’ve had that behavior on and off for the last year…where it will work and then stop working with me changing nothing. Not sure if that is related to the new LG app version…which my TV is now using.

Disabling content worked temporarily for us but then the error returned.

We resolved the issue when we got a new router. Unclear why that worked but haven’t had the error for over 6 months now.

Hey. I had the same error and ipv6 didnt fix me problem, or even trying a different router.
I found this and it worked:

I have to face this issue for more than 50 days!!
