Noticed this today - seems to be a bug, as I can’t see how this should ever be possible.
I deleted one of them, and it appears that the other is remaining valid and the sync’d files are still on the device.

Interesting, can’t say I’ve seen this one before. I assume it hasn’t happened again since, right? If it does please share app and PMS logs, it might help us determine the cause.

Yep, hasn’t happened since.
I think it might have been caused by me adding a Sync job via the server, and within 30 seconds realising I wanted to sync just unwatched items, so clicking ‘Edit’ and changing it. So perhaps both got synced to the phone?
Hmm yeah that’s an interesting scenario. I tried to replicate it though and things seemed to work correctly. We’ll keep our eyes open in case we see it happening again.
