I’m admin on my plex account, on my server when I log on with my user I don’t have my server or access to it, but if I change user I can have access.
What do I need to do to get access again to my server?

I am currently having the same problem with a Synology 1812+. I had a volume crash and had to rebuild the volume, but didnt not re-install the OS, now no matter what I do, the Server version never gets installed.
Please stop Plex,
If DSM 6, open the Plex share and navigate into Library until you see “Logs”.
If DSM 7, open the PlexMediaServer share and navigate into AppData until you see “Logs”.
Right-click “Logs” → Compress to Logs.zip

my big issue is that if I enter with my son user I have my access to my server (user.jpg)
If I change to my user with the admin option I don’t have my server
Sometimes If I have the firewall connected I cant access with any of the users
You’ll need to get the DNS resolved for PMS to work properly.
