Plex app on mac with Rodecaster Pro II sound issues

I’m using two MacBook Pro’s (work and home). Because of that I’m using the Rodecaster Pro II audio mixer for the audio interface for both computers. Work is connected to usb1(main), home is usb2(secondary). Work computer is set to “RODECaster Pro II Main Stereo” for output. Home is set to “RODECaster Pro II Secondary” for output.

For both computers, sound is working fine for all applications, except Plex. Plex works on my work mac, but not my home one. This is the only app on my home mac where audio doesn’t work. If I switch my home mac to speakers or headphones it works fine. If I plug in my MOTU audio interface, it also works. Just doesn’t work for the RODECaster Pro II

Any suggestions?

Problem solved. In Plex app settings → Player, I changed the following:

Normalize Multi-channel audio - checked
Exclusive Audio - unchecked
Audio channels - 2.0 (stereo)
