Thanks to you both for responding. A reboot did not resolve it - still the same issue of: I can see everything but just cant watch a video. Server logs say its a TLS negotiation exception coming from my Tivo box IP address. Changing the setting of “Allow Fallback to insecure connection” doesnt change anything unless I completely disable secure connection on the server - then it works.

I can creat a new post if that helps - sounds like this one was resolved. Let me know and thanks again!

Honestly With Chuck’s help we tried everything and nothing worked. Then one day every thing was working You might try the TiVo reset defaults repeat guided setup under help menu. It didn’t seem to work but was the last thing I tried before everything worked again a few days later.

Chuck, I hope all is good with you. For a few weeks, I have noticed when I start watching a video I get a constant spinning circle in the middle of the screen for a few mins and often followed by an error message I trying finding an answer and noticed this has been a problem for a while, even though it is new to me. Any suggestion on how to resolve it. To me it appears to be some type of lack issue?

Can you please recreate the problem (with the DEBUG logging enabled) then download the ZIP file so I can see what’s happening?
