Ok this is odd, but yet again I don’t have a J-Series to test this.
Maybe you can try using tizen studio to sideload the app via network, just as a developer for J would have to do?
Or, maybe the way for the old beta does work for you:

Of course maybe the browser interface is good to use on your TV too, but well, if the app can be used, there surely is a way to get it onto the TV
