PLEX app/player on windows 10 chrome crashes network adapter after few minutes

i am fairly new to plex but i seem to be having a hard time finding a solution to my problem.

every oh 10-15 minutes my desktop computer will lose network connection and get the following errors:

all i have to do is right click troubleshoot resets my networks settings and here we go again. kind of anoying

it only does this on my windows computers and not sure why. wondering if anyone has any idea if im missing anything.

all on local network. the web player is not on the same computer as the server. if i go right away and play it on chrome cast or any LG smart tvs i have in the house no issues whats so ever.
only happens 100% of the time with my windows desktop.

Possibly an Ethernet driver problem?
