I am having problems to get the app running on my TV.
Access via browser works as expected. Furthermore I can access the “Plex Media Server” directly via the TV (I only see the Plex folders, I can navigate into the respective folder and play videos). Unfortunately its not possible using the Plex-App to make use of the Dashboard and all the filters. I get the following error message on the TV:
I am having similar issues on a KS7000, I have seen the same as above and It comes and goes. I have reinstalled the app twice which solves it for a couple of days usually. I also get the below sometimes.
Power cycle of the TV from the plug also seems to sort it, but it comes back.
Hi, I have experienced all of the above issues at one time or another. and they seem to be random or more likely I haven been able to work out what causes them yet.
I also get an issue where if I pause and rewind a show, the screensaver kicks in whilst the show is still playing in the background.
I have a Samsung Ue55ku6400,
Plex version Plex for Samsung 3.92.3
Tizen 2.4.0
In my opinion, all these problems started when the app was updated, it was solid as a rock previously.
