plex is not detecting some files. I tried manually calling SCAN MEDIA FILES, I tried changing the file name and then manually calling SCAN MEDIA FILES, I tried delete them and manually calling SCAN MEDIA FILES and than add them again and manually calling SCAN MEDIA FILES, but plex can’t find these files. It only affects some files. other files added on the same day plex finds them fine. Can anyone advise me how to make plex detect these files? The files have the same access rights and owner as all the others (same owner as plexmedia server), they are normally readable. Files The files that I have found that are not detectable (i thing naming is good and other files from same directories are ok):

Don’t use square brackets around the ID matching hint. Use { }.
Verify the file and folder access permissions.
Make sure that only the folder level above of \Industry (2020)... has been added to the Plex library.
as I wrote, the permissions are fine, they are the same as all other files in all directories. The owner is the same as the owner of the running plexmedia server. previeos and next files (episodes) from same directory plex detect fine. I’ll try changing [ to {. files are not empty, i can play them manualy from some media player.
