If i try to claim the server, the web page with a pop window as This application is at xx.xx.xx.xx and is not hosted by Plex. Continue only if you recognize this server and wish to grant access. After login, on web portal no server on my server list.
Looking at your account you have some odd local IP that starts with 11.200.x.x which appears to be a range owned by a datacenter. So when it tries to connect it is going to the wrong place.
The server needs to be on a standard RFC 1918 local address Private network - Wikipedia
I have another windows server on the same IP range. The Windows server is working fine.
Things are fine until they are not, when you are doing unsupported things like that.
You can try [REL] ClaimIt
Ill try. Thanks for swift response!
You will be much better off using RFC 1918 addressing.
