I have discovered that entering the folder paths manually into plex works fine - even if using the automatic function they still don’t show. So it is CLEARLY a bug.

It’s not, but lets say it is. Logs and a Screenshot of the add folders to library screen.

@norwichred lets start with one folder, can you perform a scan, post your server logs, and a screenshot of some of the files? That will allow us to take a look at what is going on. Just because there isn’t a support email doesn’t mean you wont get help.
