Plex Certificate "404" -- Unable to obtain Certificate from cloud

You’re the best :+1:

Good luck for the future

@ChuckPa Sorry to bother you again, Did you see my new topic as you asked me to do?

@ChuckPa After certificate reset none of the remote devices no longer see the server.

The symptoms are:

  1. I can curl https://:32400$server no issues (from external locations).
  2. The remote access status most of the time is green
  3. All of the remote devices are unable to connect.

@yevaman44

Yes, I see it. I am going to ask one of the Windows guys to help.
I am NOT a windows guy. Your issue is Remote Access on Windows.

Ok , thks, hope you can contact them. You’re very helpfull, I wish I was a lunix user ! :slight_smile:
Last time I had a problem, nobody answerd me in windows section.

Choose a good guy that you know you can rely on :slight_smile:
Can you gimme a name that i can “poke” him in my thread ?

@SergeiFranco

@ChuckPa Restarted all the clients (Android, Fire TV and web to no avail).

Sergio,
I need to wait now a bit while Operations and Plex.tv teams look at what’s happening.

The “422” error is no longer a certificate problem. There is something else going on.

It’s time for me to be educated more

@Erics347

I am going to ask you the same I ask everyone.

Please turn VERBOSE logging OFF unless requested

It outputs about 25 lines of junk (each packet exchanged) for every 1 good line I can use.

VERBOSE is OFF by default.
DEBUG is ON by default.

You are experiencing the ‘422’ issue seen above by Sergei.

I’m awaiting their response

Yes i turned Verbose off and have the normal one enabled

Did you remember to SAVE? :wink:

Hey Chuck!
