@ChuckPa After certificate reset none of the remote devices no longer see the server.
The symptoms are:
- I can curl https://:32400$server no issues (from external locations).
- The remote access status most of the time is green
- All of the remote devices are unable to connect.

I am NOT a windows guy. Your issue is Remote Access on Windows.

I need to wait now a bit while Operations and Plex.tv teams look at what’s happening.
The “422” error is no longer a certificate problem. There is something else going on.

It outputs about 25 lines of junk (each packet exchanged) for every 1 good line I can use.
VERBOSE is OFF by default.
DEBUG is ON by default.
You are experiencing the ‘422’ issue seen above by Sergei.
