Got the same problem :
ERROR - CERT: Could not fetch certificate from the cloud: 404
and after reboot of PMS :
DEBUG - CERT: Installed intermediate certificate.

If you can reset the certificate.

1, Nas has not been seen in almost 4 years. Would you like it removed?
2. QuickBox appears to be the intended host. Correct?

To all reading this thread. The log entries @Solidus756 shows are definitive certificate problems.

hi @chuckpa, I’m seeing the same issue here with my cert (have been for a number of days now). non-secure is fine, secure doesn’t work.

Please restart the server.

In your case, Plex.tv is showing what you’re seeing too.

I don’t use windows.

How do you stop and start a program?

If all else fails, I suppose you can reboot it
