Plex Certificate "404" -- Unable to obtain Certificate from cloud

Hi I have problems connecting to my server from outside my local network.

Server Synology DS412+

Logs.rar (3.1 MB)

Plex Media Server Logs_2020-10-05_04-53-56.zip (2.4 MB) Server Version#: Version 1.20.1.3252

Player Version#: Version 8.7.1.2031

Hi I hope someone can help me.

I have been having problems getting remote access to my Plex server on my Synology NAS DS412+

I have setup port forwarding on my router from my external IP address on port 32400 to my internal IP address on port 32400 but it says its online for 5 sec after that it says, not available from outside your network.

I have also tried to setup UPnP and not even that helps.

I have configurated public IP address for my router and my NAS server is connected to my router
directly.

I just want to say that my server has been working for 2 years but for 4 - 5 days ago it stopped working.

Hope someone can help me.

You are in the wrong thread.

Please post over here:

Also, please turn VERBOSE logging OFF. VERBOSE only hampers our efforts to help.

PS: You have a problem with the certificate your machine is using.
