Sorry @ChuckPa having the same issues here, never checked the forums as the timing of the issue was terrible. Just upgraded my internet at home so the timing had me convinced it was due to that… spent the last week banging my head against the wall… I assume its the same issue everyone else has been having?
- Duplicate, unused, DSM installation removed
- Certificate reset
- You may restart the host

@ChuckPa it looks like I’m having a similar issue (I tried restoring from snapshot, fresh install, etc - no luck).

Do your logs show the signature 404 or related 422?
Restart PMS and attach logs if uncertain.

I have the exact same issue. I have stopped all three servers. They are called:
EPW128
EPW132
EPW147
I submitted a posting earlier today with my log.

You had multiple instances of the same server name on your account.
You had deleted 1, two were long dead but still present (same name). I removed them.
I reset your certificate.
You may restart now.
That’s the friendly name of the three servers.

Now it is working again…
I was pulling my hair out trying to figur out what caused this. It happened sametime I was migrating from Windows to Linux So this has been stressing me for couple of days now.
