Strange, I only have one account and my email address here matches the email that is signed-in on my server.
I had two other servers that I would expect to show as stale but the 3rd has been active for over a year now.

I think I am affected to. Unfortunately I moved from an synology to unraid (docker) just yesterday. The move was successful, only secured access doesn’t work.
Log states: “ERROR - CERT: Could not fetch certificate from the cloud: 404”
I already removed all entries ecxept for the latest under: authorised devices->server

My 3 PMS servers are still down awaiting the change. The account is correct.
I have reset the 3 servers listed on your Plex.tv account.

When you have time, Please remove (settings - authorized devices - Servers) the servers you no longer have.
Thanks. Looking good now. I will clean out the dead servers from the list. That Netgear router really didn’t work too well as a Plex server!

I’m back for the second time with the same certificate problem. Nothing in my network has changed. Only thing that has changed is that I updated Plex Media Server on my Mac mini yesterday.
Aside from resetting the certificate, is there anything we can do on our end to fix this problem?

I’ve noticed a few servers need to get their ********* kicked twice

Would you mind restarting it and letting it run, idle, for 2-3 minutes then gather logs?
Gathering logs mid-stream doesn’t contain the critical startup part (it rolls out of the buffer).
