Hi @ChuckPa Same issue here, please can you reset my cert, server is stopped.

Just waking here. You have 6 servers listed. There are clear duplicates due to reinstall.
Cleaning and then will reset in a moment. The server is running.
- I cleaned out the duplicates (variations on spelling the same server name) which were not seen online by plex.tv in over 1 year
- Reset the certificate
- You may start the host now
@ChuckPa, looks like my server(EWING-PLEX-SVR) experienced this issue again this morning.
Oct 07, 2020 07:42:47.639 [0x700009049000] ERROR - CERT: Could not fetch certificate from the cloud: 404
can you please reset my cert again. my server is currently stopped.
only thing I have done since last reset was install latest beta this AM. thanks!
Shut it down please and we’ll let it sit quietly for 10-15 then reset.
@ChuckPa, server has been off for ~20 minutes. I’ll continue to leave it until you give the go ahead. Thank you!
Reset.
You may restart
After restart, don’t change anything major for a few hours.
Let Plex.tv settle and perform a few routine re-checks.
Thanks Chuck, I restarted, and it eventually allowed the secure connection.
Cheers!
