  1. Please turn VERBOSE logging back off. It does nothing but lose data and make my job 10x harder.
  2. I cannot use the logs you provided because of it.

Thanks dude ! Sorry for that ! Hope you spend a good night ! :slight_smile:

Thanks for your intervention.

What shall I do after you did that ?

Unable to acces…
Prehaprs I don’t restart the server has it should be. I just went to the tray icon, close the media server and re-lauchh it… Thats it ?

thank you ill run some tests

looking good, thank you :slight_smile:

@yevaman44

Then you do not have a certificate problem.
This is why i do no blindly (when I can help it) issue certificate resets.

There are many factors which effect remote access.

Please do the following:

  1. Verify DEBUG logging is enabled, VERBOSE logging disabled (Settings - Server - General - Show Advanced)
  2. Restart the server
  3. Let it sit completely idle for 3 minutes
  4. Download the logs
  5. Create a fresh thread which includes “Remote Access” in the title.
  6. Attach the ZIP logs.
