Plex clients don't load media after server machine restored from backup

I run PMS off a Mac mini 2012 on 10.14.2. After restoring the whole system from a current Time Machine backup:

*The dashboard (i.e. home page for my media) doesn’t load on any web client, regardless of device, even on the server machine itself.

*I can sometimes play media if I get to it outside the dashboard. I.e. by doing a search and then playing the show or music file.

Below is a photo of what happens when I open Plex on my phone.

I tried restarting the server as well as the Mac mini. I ran a library update and installed a server update, though had to download it from the website. Trying through the settings screen just froze and didn’t allow me to install the update. I was on 1.14.0 before the manual download and update.

I also ran the Optimize Database command, but that didn’t help.

Any help is appreciated!

Bump!

EDIT: Got it resolved by doing a full uninstall and reinstall of PMS (including the caches, metadata, etc, which I was hoping not to have to do).

It’s disappointing this topic went a week with no replies. If I can post in a clearer format in the future, or if I neglected to follow a posting guideline, I’d appreciate if someone could let me know.
