Plex combined 2 episodes into one file,cannot "split" them

I had 3 episodes of Dirk Gently (all with correct naming pattern) and realized I was missing the pilot episode so added it to the folder after naming it correctly.

After doing a Scan Files, I could not see the 4th episode…I then realized it had been merged with Episode 1…as seen when I look at the Get Info option (see attached pic)

I do not see the Split Apart option that is available in other places.

Any ideas ho to get this displaying correctly?

According to your screen shot, absolutely not.

  • No season subfolders
  • missing season+episode code for the special
  • Kodi notation instead of Plex notation

Specials are named exactly like regular episodes - with the season number being 00.
