I got everything working correctly. Music, movies and TV Shows come up but On Deck doesn't seem to be working for TV Shows. It does show up fine in Movies. When I select TV Shows on Deck it hangs on accessing trailers.

Shut down PlexConnect
In Settings.cfg change loglevel = Normal to loglevel = High.
Delete your PlexConnect.log file.
Run PlexConnect again and navigate to the on Deck section.
Post the newly created PlexConnect.log file to pastebin.com and then post the pastbin link in this thread so I can have a look at it.

That was it. I had and older verison of plex. I thought I updated it but I guess the repository for linux isn't working so I installed the .deb package and it worked. On deck is there. Thanks roidy!!
