i can watch plex on my iPhone but wont connect on my tv’s
synology NAS DS1817 version 6.2.3-25426 Samsung tv saying having trouble accessing sever ruko ty says not authorized this just started about a week ago was working fine before
my plex keeps loosing Remote Access on my synology my video station works fine and everything else on it and idea need help
here you go everything was working fine then nothing
i did the restart complete system second router is setup as bridge and still same thing
i can only access it thru my PC and https://app.plex.tv/desktop

i did everything you said still did not work and everything else on my synology would not work put everything back this was working great till the last update hope they will fix it on the next update frustrated been working on this for days
that tells me nothing i really don’t know what to do should i eliminate other router

ok so i moved the synology to front room it is connected to the modem/router i did
Open Plex by typing http://YOUR_NAS_IP_ADDRESS:32400/web in to the browser and sign out (Head/Gravatar icon top right of screen), if you are unable to, then continue.
Stop all Plex servers from running.
Go to https://plex.tv and sign out of your account there.
Open File Station and navigate to:
Plex/Library/Application Support/Plex Media Server and rename Preferences.xml to Preferences.xml.old
Restart Plex on the NAS, but wait a few minutes before continuing.
Open Plex by typing http://YOUR_NAS_IP_ADDRESS:32400/web in to the browser.
Sign in and claim the server if needed in Plex Settings > Server > General
Restart any other Plex servers
and still have the same problem
like i said it was working perfect i did not change nothing what should i look for in configuration on router i have hughesnetwork
my network is working fine the only thing is plex
