Plex constantly cannot find files in my library to Play

  1. Linux (which is what DSM uses) is very strict on who can see who’s files.
  2. PlexMediaServer won’t be able to see your files UNTIL you grant permission.

Start here. This is the first step to giving PMS access to your media.
