Hello everybody. I habe 3 issues with plex maybe you can help me with some. Im using WD My Home and plex is enabled on it.

1. I have serie movies in mp4. Those files will be played in movie folder but not in tv show/series folder. Folder is emty its saying but its not. Movie folder has no problem.

2.Remote access issue, when i enable this its working for 60 sec, next it does not enable it.

3. I like to know all the servers/users connected to plex, and i like to delete a server. Example under “more” i can see a old server that i cant delete. I logged out from that but now i gant login or use it! I can see example my mac computer is offline but i cant delete it!!!???

Probably an issue with your file naming or organization.

Plex assumes that remote access is working while it’s still checking the status. Therefore a green status indicator switching to red shortly after opening the page means it never worked to start with.

Usually deleting the entry from the list of authorized devices should do the trick.
