TOP USERS not showing up on "Dashboard" when "7 days" is selected

When entering into the dashboard, the default “top users” time frame is 7 days. Upon entering the Dashboard, there are no top users that show up, but only in the “7-day” selection. If I choose 30-days or more, they show up. Yes, we all streamed & stream within 7 days. So, it isn’t because no one has watched anything within 7 days.

If I check history, everyone shows up fine, but I have to select 30 days, then click back to 7 days, and then they show up. But still not in the dashboard “7 days” selection. Only 30 days and longer show up in the dashboard. Very strange.

Do you experience the same if you access your dashboard via the hosted web app?
Also… what browser are you using; any difference if you disable browser plugins/add-ons…?

Both the Windows Plax App and the Web Host are doing the same thing. I use Edge. Browser plugins/add-ons don’t seem to matter whether they are active or not. Never had issues before. This started out of the blue, too. Not when I did the most recent update.

Your server or client clock might be wrong.

Mine was a couple of weeks ago when it began. All other “times” work fine. Only the 7 day selection doesn’t show top users and only on the dashboard screen. So weird.

How can that be if it shows up fine in “history?” Wouldn’t it be wrong in history as well if the clock was “off?”

Not necessarily. History is recorded based on server time and requesting the data in the dashboard is based on client time.

I am editing a screen recording now to post what is happening just to make sure I am explaining the details enough. LOL.

I am using a Synology NAS for Plex Server. Never had this issue before, and if I am being honest, I am not sure how to check the times to see if they are “synced” properly.

WOW, this is so weird. Top Users show up for 2 people under “7 Days” now. However, it says “0” plays when several plays are listed in history. This is so strange. I didn’t do anything to Plex or anything. Upon checking just now, it just started showing users again out of the blue.

I have no idea what this could be. LOL, and I don’t know how to compare and/or check server and client clocks. UGH
