Hi, I have some trouble with my Plex. I have a Synology (1.16.2.1297) and an Ubuntu (18.04.2 LTS) Plex (1.16.1.1291) server running. Both of them having the same problem. If I start a search for new media and go at the same time the searc is running to the new activity dashboard, the Plex server died.
Is there a way to disable the new dashboard (temporary?) and get the old one back? In general the new dashboard activity is great, but for my not stable in my environment. Both machines having that problem. Have somebody an idea.
Hi,
its not so easy to tune a synology. But there are some points to tune up ubuntu. So I try something and it looks like it helps.
Right now I found some warning messages inside the console and hope somebody can tell me a little bit more about that. I goole it but don’t find anything about.
MyPlex: Invalid response when mapping state (code=429):
MyPlex: failed to update country code, response returned code 429
PubSub: Received notifyConnectivity event with unknown async identifier (xxxxx) (I made an xxx instead of real number.
The above messages are all warnings. No errors…
I get every second 2 or 3 from this one “MyPlex: Invalid response when mapping state (code=429):”. So if I can fix that, this will be great. I don’t know what I can do here.
I see you used Plex a lot today. In the logs you sent me, I am only seeing an approximate 45 minute window of elapsed time.
Did you restart PMS at this time or earlier?

If you restarted earlier, it is most beneficial if you capture the log files after restarting and before they are dropped. PMS only keeps 26 MB of log files (about an hour of usage).
