I bought my QNAP TS-453B nas with 2 x HDD Western Digital Red 4TB and 4 GB RAM. I fell in love with Plex and got the lifetime plex-pass. Sometimes I have enjoyed it going very well, but sometimes I experience audio drops of around 1 second each 3-4 minutes. Also when I start a movie the image comes out very late (10 seconds or so) and you can hear the audio and the image not yet. These problems can occur even with movies with very low rate. I use a Samsung Bluray client connected to a 10/100 router where the Nas is also connected. Could it be the client? the nas? Is there any test I could do?

Need much more information:
QTS Version (and build), Plex Version #, Information about file (codec formats) is it all files or only some files, etc.
