Plex doesn't recognize TV Show metadata

Hi,
I have Plex server installed on DS718 - Synology
Plex : Version 1.13.5.5291
I have few shows that doesn’t get any details :

The file name is ( Castle.Rock.S01E01.Severance.1080p.HULU.WEB-DL.AAC2.0.H.264-NTb )

and it doesn’t get me an option to Fix match

Here is my Plex Logs:

You’re overusing punctuation.

example:

Sharp Objects/Sharp.Objects.S01E06.Cherry.1080p.AMZN.WEB-DL.DDP5.1.H.264-NTb

1. “Sharp Objects” is correct for the Series name
2. “Sharp.Objects” isn’t correct because you’re using it as the field separator for ‘Sharp.Objects.S01E06.’
3. Best structure and naming, which a tool like FileBot is fantastic for.

Sharp Objects/
  Season 1/
    Sharp Object.S01E01.Episode title here

the general format is: **Series name <delimiter> SxxExx-identifier <delimiter> Optional title .ext

The scanner is good but when the series name contains a space and that space isn’t there, it won’t find a match.

Recommendation:

1. Move the series out to where you can rename it
2. Scan files
3. Empty Trash
4. Clean Bundles
5. Either manually or use FileBot to perform the renaming (and moving after rename) back into position
6. Manually scan again after renamed
