Hi, my problem is when I want to refresh de “summary metadata” of an episode than i have previusly translated in “thetvdb.com” to my lenguage (spanish). Plex doesn’t update and mantain the english one or nothing. My library is configured to prefer Spanish if posible and with thetvdb agent.
Try Plex Dance, moving the episodes and clearing cache and it doesnt work.
How can I solve that? Thx.

Mmm i transalete it 6h ago… can it take 25h since new metadata can be downloaded? I use other program “Tv Rename” than uses thetvdb API, and when force refresh, my translate is there.
Yes, I clear that agent cache.

Just wait a little longer.
Make sure that your file doesn’t have an embedded description in english (only with mp4/m4v files).

OK, 24h later it works !!!
But… only if I refresh metadata of the entire TV Serie. If I refresh only one episode, it doesn’t update the summary metadata.
